Terms of Service
The basics of how we quote, schedule and stand behind our work.
Estimates. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope discussed at the time. If hidden conditions are found once work begins, we will stop and review any change in scope or price with you before continuing.
Scheduling. We provide arrival windows rather than exact times. If we are running late or need to reschedule, we will contact you.
Payment. Payment terms are stated in your written quote. Larger projects may require a deposit for materials, with the balance due on completion.
Workmanship. We stand behind the work we perform. If something we installed is not right, contact us and we will return to correct it. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer.
Scope limits. Certain work — including panel changes, re-piping and structural engineering — is referred to appropriately licensed specialists.
