UV-stable finishes, proper flashing where structures meet the house, and framing sized for real wind loads — not the minimum that looks fine on day one.
Rot caught early
We inspect fascia, rafter tails and post bases while we're out. Catching rot in one board is a lot cheaper than replacing a structure.
Artificial grass done properly
Compacted base, weed barrier, proper drainage and seams you can't find. Turf installed on bad base looks great for one summer and terrible after that.
